Building awareness and support for all Chicago’s families
The OneChiFam program provides resources, education and support services to Chicago families. The main website, OneChiFam.org, functions as an umbrella brand for many of the Chicago Department of Public Health programs for families with newborns, children and adolescents, with an additional focus on parent and partner health.
The Department strives to improve health equity and lead families to available resources, community services and programs. The main goals of this effort were improving overall awareness of OneChiFam, elevating relevant offerings for the summer and back-to-school seasons, and driving traffic to the website.

Frequent paid and organic posts on social, along with the authentic voice of local influencers & parents, YouTube paid video spots and a Google search campaign allowed us to retarget our audience with more specific tips and information, drive qualified traffic to the website and boost awareness for a small market spend.

in-person events and distribute collateral that helped keep OneChiFam top of mind.
